Larwood Health Partnership have 5 sites across the Worksop and Harworth area and, due to the retirement of our current Operations Manager, have an exciting opportunity for someone to take over that role.
As the Operations Manager your main areas of responsibility will be to manage Team Leaders across the sites and prepare effective reception and administrative staffing rotas that maximise efficiency throughout the organisation.
You will have strong communication skills which encourage team work and creativity, and enable us to continue to deliver the outstanding care the organisation and our patients expect.
Previous performance management experience is essential as is the ability to analyse and present data which will enable you to make judgements and contribute to service development.
The ability to drive with access to a car is essential. A qualification in people management/leadership is desirable.

Primary Care Network Care Coordinator
37.5 hours per week
£22-24,200 per annum
Larwood and Bawtry Primary Care Network (PCN) are a group of GP Practices based in Worksop, Carlton-in-Lindrick, Harworth, Blyth and Bawtry and have an exciting opportunity for a Care Co-ordinator to join their team.
As a Care Co-ordinator you will proactively work with a cohort of patients to help them have more choice and control over how their health and care needs are met and help them to live as independently as they wish. You will provide patients with good quality information to help them be more involved in the decisions that affect their care and, between you, will develop a personalised care plan which brings together the patients physical, mental health and well-being needs in a joined up plan, which can be flexible to adapt as the patient’s needs change.
The role will involve encouraging patients to access self-management education courses or peer support as well as supporting patients to take up training, employment and enabling them to access benefits where eligible including personal health budgets where appropriate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is caring and compassionate with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will need to be strong at building relationships with excellent organisational skills and an understanding of primary care, community health and the voluntary sector.
The post holder will also be required to travel from practice to practice as well as to patients’ homes and other venues therefore access to a car is essential.
The successful applicant must be willing to undertake specific training as set out by The Personalised Care Institute.

Larwood Health Partnership has GP practices on 5 sites in Worksop, Carlton-in-Lindrick, Langold and Harworth and are committed to providing an outstanding service to our patients and staff.
We have an opportunity for a hard-working, conscientious person with a positive approach to join our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for a high standard of cleaning throughout our sites and ideally will have previous experience of infection control procedures.
The main base for the role will be Westwood Surgery in Worksop but you may be required to travel to any of our sites, therefore access to your own transport is essential, along with the flexibility to cover occasional additional hours. Previous key holder responsibilities desirable.
